What is the cancellation and freeze policy?

Membership access runs for the paid term shown at checkout; continuing requires a new purchase. Cancel an individual session more than 6 hours before it starts to return it to your balance. Cancelling 6 hours or less before start counts as late, and the session is forfeited. Unused sessions do not roll forward. Any pause allowance is stated in your purchased offer terms; a pause does not guarantee a place in a particular session.
